Landscape Laborer/Crew Member

Warner Property Management dba JHL Landscaping, West Chester, PA. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Chester, Delaware, Montgomery. 10 Landscape Laborer/Crew Member positions available. Temporary, full-time position from 04/01/2026 through 12/20/2026**,** 7:00am-5:30pm, 50 hrs/week, Additional overtime varies, Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary due to weather conditions. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $19.86/hr, $29.79/hr OT. Raise/bonus at employer's discretion. Move soil, equipment, & materials; dig holes for plants, trees, shrubs; cut, trim, edge, water lawns & flower beds; weed, plant, spread mulch; rake & blow leaves, clean up; install & maintain landscape materials, sprinkler systems; remove snow from commercial and residential sites as needed; operate and maintain landscape related equipment such as skid steer, loaders, sod cutters, rototillers, etc. as well as landscaping hand tools; dig drainage solution projects up to 1' wide and 1' deep using trenchers, etc.; may operate company vehicles and tow trailers to and from job sites; may get pesticide license through company and apply to sites as needed; may complete standard job site completion paperwork. Pre-employment drug testing required. Post-Accident Drug Testing. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. 1 month experience required in landscape services. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits after 60 days. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements upon worker request along with corresponding payroll deductions. Estimated deduction for furnished housing will be approximately $150/pay period & includes all utilities paid. (Split evenly between occupants per month). A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or provide advance payment for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
