Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage freight shipments across various modes of transportation, including air, sea, and land, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all regulations.
- Manage data entry tasks related to shipments, contracts, pricing agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Support logistics planning by coordinating transportation schedules, dispatching freight carriers, and managing transportation costs effectively.
- Tracking freight status and keep customer updated
- Organizing and pass customs docs to broker for import customs clearance
- Fluent English and Chinese
- Familiar with all office sofware including PDF/Excel/word etc.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations including freight handling, dispatching, carrier sales, and transportation planning.
- At least 3 years experience of NVOCC operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through inside sales approaches.
- Ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
