Full Job Description
JHC Ventures is looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Coordinator / Driver to join our team in Cleburne, Texas. This hybrid position combines warehouse operations and local delivery driving using a 21’ trailer. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and delivering materials safely and efficiently to designated locations.
Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with the team to coordinate daily logistics
Driving Duties:
- Safely operate a vehicle with a 21' trailer to deliver goods to job sites or customers
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring items are secured and handled properly
- Confirm delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions
- Follow all road safety rules and company driving procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual / Spanish speaker is a PLUS
- Experience towing and maneuvering a 21’ trailer required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
