Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hardscaping Foreman to lead our landscaping and hardscaping teams. This leader will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship across landscape and hardscaping jobs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate hardscaping crews to execute projects efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and client specifications
- Manage daily schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress, and motivate team members to achieve project goals
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years hardscaping experience
- Knowledge of hardscaping equipment operation and safety procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction is a plus
*MUST have a valid drivers license and be able to get to, and from our shop in Ballston Lake, NY.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
