What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Comptroller position at JH Industries?
Twinsburg manufacturer seeking part-time comptroller. Approximately 10-15 hours per month. Duties include:
Processing bi-weekly payroll
Preparing monthly journal entries, reviewing general ledger activity and monthly bank entries
Reconcillation of various general ledger accounts for monthly close. Monthly analyzation of financial statements.
Review fixed assets and depreiation expenses. With our CPA for year end close
Must have a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from an accreditted university or have at least 5 years experience
You should be proficient in:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
