Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA | JGS – Leavitt Family Jewish Home
$18.50 - $21.00/hour, based on experience

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives by providing compassionate, hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Build meaningful connections with residents while observing and reporting changes in their physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being and supporting the nursing team with accurate documentation.
- Help residents stay active, comfortable, and independent by assisting with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility equipment while promoting safety and fall prevention.
- Create positive experiences for residents by encouraging participation in recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote connection, independence, and quality of life.
- Be a trusted and caring presence throughout the shift by responding to residents' needs, answering call lights promptly, and helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
Qualifications for Success:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
