About Us:
We operate a multi-location pet grooming business and are looking to partner with an experienced, independent dog trainer who already has an established client base. Our property offers both indoor and outdoor areas designed to support weekly dog training sessions.

- Large Outdoor Training Space: Secure area set at least 50 feet from traffic, ideal for group or individual training sessions.
- Sublease Arrangement: Flexible terms to support your existing business while benefiting from our established customer traffic and location visibility.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An experienced dog trainer (1099 independent contractor) with an existing client roster.
- Professional, reliable, and confident leading group and/or private sessions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client education.
- Self-motivated and comfortable running your own training programs while partnering with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly dog training sessions on our property.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for dogs and their owners.
- Manage your own scheduling, client relationships, and payments.
- Collaborate with our business team to coordinate facility use and scheduling.
Compensation:
This is a sublease opportunity, not an employee position. Terms will be discussed and agreed upon based on your training needs and schedule.
