(ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding,
while promoting dignity and independence. Monitor and record vital
signs, intake/output, and observe and report changes in residents?

basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including
repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent
falls and pressure injuries. Support residents\' quality of life by
fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement
in meaningful daily activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive
environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call
lights, and ensuring residents\' comfort and safety throughout the
shift. Qualifications for Success: Current Certified Nursing Assistant
(CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry. Ability
