What Youll Do
- Operate CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting tables (Kinetic or similar)
- Cut heavy structural steel (3 plate) with precision
- Read blueprints and produce bolt-ready parts
- Handle materials using cranes, forklifts, and advanced lifting systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure AISC-level standards
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and shop efficiency
What Sets You Apart

- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Comfortable in a high-output, team-driven shop
