We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pallet Stacker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing products on pallets for storage or shipment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Stack and arrange products securely on pallets according to company standards
- Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipping or storage
- Ensure proper weight distribution and stability of pallet loads
- Inspect products for damage or defects before stacking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pallet jacks or warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices

Pay: $23.30 - $28.10 per hour
