What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Clinical Director position at JGHealthcare Solutions?
Graywood Wellness - We're currently looking for an Executive Clinical Operator to help lead and grow a men’s primary mental health, in-person PHP/IOP under the umbrella of a prominent behavioral health provider with a national footprint.
This role is for someone who can truly own both the clinical and operational side of a program—bringing experience not only in providing care and developing curriculum, but also in managing day-to-day operations and building something meaningful from the ground up.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Fully licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, etc.)
· Experienced in primary mental health and group-based programming
· Comfortable operating, leading, and scaling an in-person PHP/IOP
· Passionate about creating a culture rooted in support, understanding, and brotherhood
· Ready to fully invest in the mission and grow alongside the company
