RN Supervisors
Responsible for providing care to patients in their homes under the guidance of a physician. Their duties include:
- Administering medication to patients
- Medication Management
- Create treatment plans
- Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed
- Measuring vital signs
- Monitoring changes in behavior and progress
- Managing a patient’s healthcare plan according to the Physician’s instructions
- Keep record of all prescribed medications
- Ensuring that HHA/PCA/CNA provides services according to treatment plan
- Document all changes in patient's health status
- Report any indication of abuse to the applicable authorities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Permanent
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- RN Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RN License (Preferred)
