Job Title: Manhattan Associates Project / Program LeaderOverview

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Associates Project / Program Leader to lead end-to-end delivery of complex warehouse management initiatives across WMOS and/or Manhattan Active environments. This role is responsible for driving program execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation, integration, and stabilization of WMS solutions within large-scale supply chain operations.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring deep expertise in Manhattan platforms, strong program governance, and the ability to operate as the primary delivery owner in high-visibility

engagements.


Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Leadership
  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of Manhattan WMS programs (WMOS and/or Manhattan Active)
  • Own program governance, timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution
Solution & Delivery Oversight
  • Oversee solution design alignment across WMS, WCS/MHE, OMS, and integration layers
  • Ensure technical and functional consistency across workstreams (configuration, integration, testing, deployment)
  • Coordinate with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Integration teams to ensure delivery quality
Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Interface with client leadership, operations teams, and IT stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans
  • Manage expectations, communicate progress, and provide executive-level reporting
Integration & Automation Focus
  • Lead programs involving WCS/MHE integrations (e.g., ASRS, sortation, robotics)
  • Ensure alignment between Manhattan WMS and automation systems
  • Oversee API, middleware, and system integration strategies
Testing & Deployment Leadership
  • Drive SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing strategies
  • Lead go-live planning, cutover execution, and hypercare stabilization
  • Ensure operational readiness across warehouse sites
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage cross-functional teams including onshore/offshore resources, SIs, and subcontractors
  • Provide leadership across functional, technical, and QA workstreams
  • Mentor delivery leads and ensure accountability across the program
Required Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain/WMS delivery, with a strong focus on Manhattan Associates platforms
  • Proven experience leading large-scale WMOS and/or Manhattan Active implementations
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end WMS programs (multi-site preferred)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Manhattan WMOS (SCOPE) and/or Manhattan Active
  • WCS/MHE integrations (automation, robotics, conveyors, ASRS)
  • System integration patterns (APIs, middleware, host systems)
  • Experience leading client-facing engagements and executive communication
  • Strong program management discipline (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Manhattan Active migration or modernization programs
  • Background in consulting or System Integrator (SI) environments
  • Exposure to OMS, TMS, or broader supply chain platforms
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
