JGA Recruitment have partnered with a Fortune 500 organization, based out of Des Moines, IA in search for a Vice President of Human Resources to drive strategic leadership decisions across multiple business units. The role will focus on Training & Development, Performance Management, and Workforce Optimization while ensuring a high-impact HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development – Design and implement robust training programs to enhance workforce capability and leadership development.
- Strategic HR Leadership – Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across multiple business unit.
- Performance Management – Lead performance evaluation processes, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- HR Operations & Compliance – Oversee HR policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Partner with executives to shape HR strategy while managing and mentoring the HR Director.
For the Vice President of Human Resources you will bring:
- At least 5 years of VP-Level HR experience.
- Expertise within strategic HR leadership, training and development and performance management.
- Experience in managing and optimizing workforce structures to align with business growth.
