Responsibilities
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle on assigned routes.
- Load, unload, and deliver packages to residential and commercial properties efficiently.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain communication with dispatch to receive instructions and updates on delivery changes.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns during deliveries.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations during the operation of the delivery vehicle.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age is 21
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
- Ability to pass a drug screening that includes marijuana
- Pass a DOT physical
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
