Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain future installation schedules
- Coordinate upcoming projects 2–8 weeks in advance
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling windows and project readiness
- Coordinate installer availability and scheduling
- Coordinate countertop template/install timing
- Coordinate subcontractor timing and readiness
- Verify cabinetry readiness and delivery timing
- Verify hardware selections and inventory readiness
- Coordinate homeowner readiness and project access information
- Identify scheduling risks before they become operational problems
- Work closely with operations, sales, design, installers, and subcontractors
