We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality expectations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks, from framing and metal building erection to finishing and restoration projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation with precision and efficiency
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide construction activities
• Execute framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, siding, stucco, and masonry work with attention to detail
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
• Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure accuracy in all phases of construction
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling and restoration projects, including siding and plastering tasks
• Manage heavy lifting tasks safely while following all safety protocols on-site
• Read and interpret construction plans to coordinate various trades effectively
• Support construction management by adhering to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and woodworking equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
• Skilled in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall installation, siding, stucco, and plastering techniques
• Experience with rebar installation and concrete finishing processes
• Familiarity with construction plans for metal stud framing and remodeling projects
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required on-site
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Valid experience in construction management or supervision is a plus but not required

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
