This is a part-time hybrid role for an ElderCare Consultant-HomeCare Sales based in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients, conducting consultations to assess client needs, and creating personalized care plans. You will also be responsible for addressing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and providing ongoing support. Collaborating remotely and in person, the role includes identifying and generating new sales opportunities to grow the client base.
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective care solutions.
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through personalized support and care planning.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Experience in developing and nurturing client relationships and providing tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in working independently in a hybrid environment (both remotely and onsite in Los Angeles, CA).
- Familiarity with elder care services, the Los Angeles area, or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
