The Opportunity
We're looking for a Parts & Inventory Coordinator who will become the backbone of our service operation.
This role is responsible for ordering parts, receiving shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring our technicians always have the materials they need to serve customers efficiently.
The Big Task
Keep our inventory organized, accurate, and fully stocked so our service team can deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Order parts and materials from approved vendors
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas
- Restock technician vehicles and warehouse inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
- Track backorders and communicate expected delivery dates
- Process warranty returns and vendor credits
- Conduct routine inventory cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company software
- Work closely with dispatch, technicians, and management to ensure parts availability
- Assist with purchasing and vendor communications
- Help improve inventory processes and warehouse efficiency
What You Bring
- Inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
