JFK Middle School Special Education / Reading Teacher (1) 35 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Start date: August 24, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year. MA DESE License Certification in Moderate Disabilities, 5-12 is required with a strong reading background. Official University/College Transcripts required Teacher Unit A Salary Scale based on experience and degree If Hired: Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS National Fingerprint Background Checks prior to employment. Benefits: Full benefits and privileges consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Teachers Unit A Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
