This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide clinical excellence, mentor physicians, and collaborate with hospital leadership to deliver outstanding pediatric emergency care.

Opportunity Overview:
- 14 private ED pediatric beds
- EMR: EPIC
- 24 hours pediatric emergency medicine physician coverage per day
- 10 hours of pediatric advanced practice clinician coverage per day
- Pediatric-trained nursing team
- Full pediatric and specialty support
Qualifications
- Board-certified in emergency medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or pediatrics (ABP)
- Completion of a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship
- Specialty certification in pediatric emergency medicine
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, operations and education
