Our client is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers remote work flexibility after training. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of high-volume AP experience.
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
- Excellent organization skills and a strong attention to detail

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, proper coding, and timeliness of payments (check, autopay, e-check)
- Manage invoice approval workflow
- Resolve AP exceptions by utilizing system reports and conducting investigations
- Maintain organized vendor payment files and address unpaid/problematic invoices
