Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pump Installer to join our expanding team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of well pumps, as well as the installation of pressure tanks and the provision of comprehensive well inspections across diverse locations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and compliant installation of all well and well pump systems adhering to all safety and company standards. Duties
- Our services encompass the installation and replacement of well pumps, the integration of pressure tanks and water heaters, comprehensive well inspections, and the diagnosis of well-related issues..
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and all company equipment to efficiently execute installations and well-related tasks..
- Conduct well pump inspections and other diagnostic to identify issues and verify proper system operation
- Keeping water flowing smoothly. Handle all well pump system maintenance and repairs, from pipe and wire replacement to expert troubleshooting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards throughout the installation and repair procedures.
- Provide support for all assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by the employer.
Skills
- Experience with a focus on plumbing/well pump installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of well pumps and all components of a well system.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Ability to write up invoices for customers.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, working in confined spaces (crawl spaces) and sometimes long periods of standing or walking.
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site transportation needs
- Handyman experience or general construction site experience is a plus for versatile support
- Ability to have strong punctuality, and understanding of being reliable and a trustworthy employee.
- Have strong professionalism and customer service skills
