We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the opening of our high-end dining experience.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure flawless guest experiences, and build a best-in-class front-of-house team. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the culture, service standards, and operational excellence of a concept that blends the energy of sport with the polish of fine dining.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire a service-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute seamless service for restaurant, bar, and events
- Manage scheduling, floor operations, and guest relations with attention to detail and grace under pressure
- Uphold high standards for presentation, hospitality, and team culture
- Monitor financial performance, labor, and inventory to achieve operational goals
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing a high-end or fine-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills — ability to motivate and mentor
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest moments
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment (restaurant, lounge, events)
- POS and reservation system experience (Toast, SevenRooms, or similar)
