Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Administer the annual benefits open enrollment process and manage HR-related vendors and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws while aligning HR practices with the Ministry's mission and values.
- Support leadership and staff with coaching, development, and guidance rooted in biblical principles.
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or a combination of education and professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
- Ten or more years of broad HR leadership experience, including personnel management.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEOC, Title VII, FLSA, ADA, FMLA) and ability to apply them to real-world situations.
- Strong relationship-building skills and proven ability to partner with leaders and staff at all levels.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate biblical principles and ministry values into HR leadership.
