This role assists partners with donations, product orders, prayer requests, and general inquiries while ensuring every interaction reflects gratitude for their support of the ministry's mission.

We are seeking a Customer/Partner Services Representative who will serve as a caring and professional point of contact for ministry partners. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to partner inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Assist with donations, product orders, account updates, and prayer requests
- Research and resolve partner concerns promptly and accurately
- Document interactions and updates in the ministry database
- Follow up with partners to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved
- Encourage and thank partners for their support of the ministry
- High school diploma or GED required
- One or more years of call center, customer support, or partner care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Spanish speaking ability a plus
