What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records Clerical Assistant position at Jewish Home?
Pay Rate: $16.23
12 hours per week
GENERAL SCOPE: Assists in the Medical Records area with clerical tasks such as filing, uploading, scanning and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: High school diploma or skill and achievement commencement credential. Custom service orientated.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This position will assist the administrative assistant and other team members with the following:
Data entry
- Uploading documents into PCC
- Faxing
- Photocopying
- Additional tasks as assigned
- All other job duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Clerical experience and knowledge of computers preferred.
