Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to adult learners in a workplace setting
- Focus on practical communication skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Develop customized materials and activities relevant to staff roles and daily tasks
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with management to align lessons with organizational goals
- Maintain a consistent weekday teaching schedule
- Prior experience teaching ESL to adults (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or related field (TESOL/TEFL certification strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and workplace language needs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
