Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to provide language instruction to our staff. This part-time role focuses on improving workplace communication, enhancing professional development, and supporting staff in achieving greater confidence in English in their day-to-day interactions both in work and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to adult learners in a workplace setting
• Focus on practical communication skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Develop customized materials and activities relevant to staff roles and daily tasks
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with management to align lessons with organizational goals
• Maintain a consistent weekday teaching schedule

Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching ESL to adults (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or related field (TESOL/TEFL certification strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and workplace language needs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse proficiency levels.:::::
