Job Summary: Part-time (weekends included)
Maintains the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times including cleaning shelves and cooking surfaces regularly. Cleans the walk-in refrigerators and freezers weekly or as needed. Ensures proper food and equipment storage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times including cleaning shelves and cooking surfaces regularly.
- Cleans the walk-in refrigerators and freezers weekly or as needed. Ensures proper food and equipment storage.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Administrator or Manager on duty.
- May wash dishes, detail the kitchen, and receive & put orders away at select communities.
- Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code (appropriate whites and hair nets for sanitary purposes).
- Other duties as assigned.
