Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational performance.

- Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing any concerns or conflicts.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage performance management systems, facilitating employee evaluations and feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR practices.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
- Proven track record of working effectively with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
