Director of Education

Job Purpose:
- The Director of Education at OVATION COMMUNITIES is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives that enhance the learning experiences of our community members. This role involves strategic planning, curriculum development, and collaboration with educators and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for educational programs that align with the mission and goals of OVATION COMMUNITIES.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative curricula and educational initiatives that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and community partners to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated for educational activities, ensuring efficient and effective use.
- Recruit, train, and supervise educational staff, promoting professional development and growth.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external educational organizations and institutions to enhance program offerings.
- Advocate for educational policies and practices that benefit the community and support lifelong learning.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program quality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and board members, regarding educational initiatives and outcomes.

Required Education:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational administration or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing educational programs and curricula.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of educators and administrative staff.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution within an educational setting.
