The HR Intern will also work with the HR Generalist to update policies and training materials.
This internship is unpaid. This is an ongoing position.
This Internship is in-person in the office located at 3201 Tamarac Dr in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:
- File project: Transfer current employee files to digital files on SharePoint.
- Policy review: Updating wording to be current on policies and procedures.
- Homogenize documents: Ensure interview questions have an equivalent format.
- Performance management project: Complete follow-up on performance reviews.
- The intern will have the opportunity to learn hiring and orientations.
- The opportunity to attend the management training classes.
- The intern will have the opportunity to train on the understanding of leaves for employees in Colorado.
- The intern will have the opportunity to train on benefits and billing.
