Licensed Clinician – Community Support Services (CSS)

You’ll provide evidence-based clinical care and support to adults living with mental health challenges—helping them build skills, access resources, and thrive in the community.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family interventions in community and outreach settings.
- Support clients transitioning from psychiatric hospitals, incarceration, or homelessness to independent living.
- Teach essential life skills—household management, budgeting, meal preparation, and coping strategies.
- Facilitate linkages to mental health, medical, housing, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation using DAP format and meet program compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensure: Active NJ LSW, LAC, or LAMFT required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a mental health setting preferred.
- Other Requirements: Valid NJ Driver’s License and ability to travel within Atlantic & Cape May Counties.
