Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
Experience:
One year of experience in Dependency Case Management
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:
Meet training requirements stipulated by the Florida Certification Board (FCB) for a Child Welfare Case Manager
Essential Job Functions:
- Completes PSF audits and ensure FSFN is updated and case files are ready and sent to Partnership for Strong Families.
- Participate in audit feedback calls.
- Complete in-house audit requests to help ensure quality notes are being completed; and any other special projects that are requested.
- Help Associate Director coordinate and monitor all compliance areas as identified by Partnership for Strong Families and Department of Children and Families
- Evaluate JFCS reports and monitor data integrity/ quality/ and time frames being met
- Complete reports required by PSF ( perm staffing, sib sep, audits, etc)
- Meet with Associate Director and Director to identify areas where we are not in compliance with mandated performance measures.
- Participate in staff meetings when requested
- Set up permanency schedule and ensure Progress updates are to PSF 7 days prior to perm staffing. Monitor follow up from permanency staffings/submit report to PSF.
- Ensure court reports are filed timely, and JR is filled out correctly and required documents are attached
- Trained to pull weekly and monthly data reports as needed.
- Single Point of Contact for Master Trust requests and follows up to ensure Master Trust documents are submitted timely and accurately.
- Complete psychotropic medications reviews to ensure compliance/submit monthly report to FSS
- Follows up on special projects from PFS, such as CPA compliance, safety plan compliance, UHS requests, and other projects as assigned by the Associate Director or Director.
