Chief Advancement Officer Foundation for Jewish Camp Description Founded in 1998, the Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC) works to grow, support, and strengthen the Jewish camp movement. Leveraging over $16M in annual philanthropic giving, FJC scales programs and resources that benefit more than 300 Jewish day and overnight camps (serving 180,000 youth, teens, and young adults) across North America each summer. FJC partners with Jewish camps and summer experiences to promote excellence in management, programs, and enrollment by providing thought leadership, professional development, funding, research, data, and inspiring innovation in the camping field. Led by the values of community-mindedness, excellence, joy, agility, social responsibility, and imagination, FJC is the central advocate and resource for Jewish camps to thrive.
