Inside Sales Project Management | Jewett Farms Co.

At Jewett Farms Co., we design and craft truly custom cabinetry with an emphasis on craftsmanship, design integrity, and service. This role supports the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in delivering consultative, relationship-based sales across all JF products and services.
- Prepare and organize detailed proposals, estimates, and project documentation with precision and professionalism.
- Assist with client presentations, follow-ups, and opportunity management to help drive successful project outcomes.
- Manage leads, contacts, and project data within company CRM and project management platforms.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to align schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicate proactively with clients and partners regarding timelines, site visits, warranty work, and installations.
- Maintain and update production schedules, posting weekly updates and ensuring sales commitments align with manufacturing capacity.
- Support company technology systems (CRM, project management tools, cloud storage, network and hardware) and liaise with IT vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
- Contribute to sales strategy development and performance tracking to help achieve team and company goals.
- Participate in weekly sales and production meetings and periodic company strategy sessions.
Schedule & Environment
- Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (York, Maine)
- Occasional travel to the Boston showroom and evening/weekend events as needed
- Occasional on-site measurements and client meetings
