As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand—responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandising, and supporting store operations.

You’ll play a key role in achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandising, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and building strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed personal and event sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Maintain and actively grow a client base through follow-up, outreach, and exceptional service.
- Collect customer contact information, including email addresses, to support marketing and social media efforts.
- Assist in generating new customer traffic through referrals, promotions, and community engagement.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, restocking, and inventory control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
- Prior retail sales experience,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
