Summary
As a Fine Jewelry Sales Professional at Jewelry by Design, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our jewelry collections as well as outstanding team support. Located in Auburn, this position is vital to enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall continued success of our store.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to help determine their needs and provide personalized service.
- Process sales transactions & intakes accurately using the POS system.
- Help maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Show team support through assisting management & team in administrative tasks.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
Requirements
- Preferred, but not required, Experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods &/or restaurant sector.
- Ideal team member must be available some weekday afternoons & Saturdays.
- Great attitude with all around strong communication skills & detail oriented.
- Welcomes meeting new people with a servant's heart everyday.
