Required Experience

Not familiar with pawnbroking? No problem, this is an opportunity to learn from the best, we will train you! The right person for this role will have:
3-7 years of experience in a retail sales/key-holder role
Ability to pass NICS and criminal background checks.
Amazing personal and professional references that attest to your work ethic, performance, and character
Proven success in team leadership and sales growth

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos
- Assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and processing transactions through the POS system
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store goals
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technology advancements

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory
- Experience in electronics sales is preferred but not required
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions
- Ability to upsell products based on customer needs and preferences
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Familiarity with technology products and the ability to explain their features
