Key Responsibilities:
Provide a premium customer experience by delivering knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service to all clients
Drive high-volume retail sales of luxury items including jewelry, firearms, electronics, and specialty goods
Accurately assess, price, and negotiate purchases, loans, and sales transactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value clients
Maintain deep knowledge of luxury brands, market trends, and product values
Handle multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations
Merchandise and present inventory to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience, 3-5 years in retail sales, luxury sales, or pawn industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong math skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of luxury goods (e.g., fine jewelry, designer items) is highly desirable
