We are seeking a dynamic and organized Boutique Assistant to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient support system that keeps our boutique running smoothly.
This position would include sanding and polishing small items with a flex shaft, like a Dremel tool, also assisting if you are able with loading images onto a website. May have some customer interaction, but most of this will be done when we are closed,

Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide personalized shopping support to enhance their experience
- Support office management activities, including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies to ensure an efficient workspace
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or events for boutique staff or special promotions
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- ability and skill working with your hands. Holding tools, small items.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Previous personal assistant or administrative experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
