- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision using cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal
- Package baked items efficiently to maintain freshness and presentation for retail display or customer takeout
- Assist in food handling tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Support food production by adhering to food safety protocols and maintaining proper sanitation standards
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation of orders and maintain an organized workspace
Requirements
- Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related food industry role is preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is highly valued
- Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, food preparation, and knife handling techniques
