Key Responsibilities
- Process documents to establish participants as an employer of personal care attendants
- Provide participants with HR-type support to help them manage their personal attendants
- Train the participant in compliance & guidelines.
- Assist participants in recruiting and screening personal care attendant applicants
- Associate's degree minimum
- 3 years experience in case management and community-based work preferred
- Knowledge of payroll, human resource, or fiscal management preferred.
- Reliable car required for field work.
- Delaware residency required.
- Home-visits required. Possible travel may include 3-6 hours in a work day.
This position is based out of Wilmington,DE.

Salary : $47,500 - $60,000
