Job details:
Pay:
$30 - $40 per hour
Job type:
Full-time
Shift and Schedule:
Business hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday
Weekend hours are as needed
Minimum Requirements:
● Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
● EPA 608 Certification for handling refrigerants
● Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
● Detail oriented with strong technical skills and attention to quality
● Positive attitude, professional appearance and good customer communication
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs)
● Work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
● Stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
Technical Skills:
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams (not required, but preferred)
● Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems
● Proficiency in HVAC tools and equipment
● Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety procedures
