As our business grows, we’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and learning about technical equipment. What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and urgency
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product information
- Support sales and operations staff with technical documentation, order processing, and scheduling
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors
- Learn and understand pump, valve, and treatment equipment applications (training provided)
- Work closely with manufacturers to source information and pricing
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn technical products
- Experience in water/wastewater, industrial, or mechanical fields is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
