What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Associate position at Jett Pump & Valve LLC?
We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team with room for advancement. The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate and communicate sales activities
- Answer sales calls
- Establish and maintain a good professional relationship with customers
- Generate quotes/proposals from customer requests and service needs
- Order and coordinate materials needed for jobs to ensure prompt and accurate service
- Assist with inventory control and shipping/receiving as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge and experience with PC's including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be punctual and dependable
Candidate must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening and background check and have a valid driver's license. Must be able to maintain the required level of activity to achieve the assigned goals without supervision and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, management and customers.
Hourly wage $18 - $19 to start
JETT Pump & Valve, LLC is willing to train the right person for this position.
