The Opportunity
We’re looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager to lead the successful launch of new products across Jetson’s platform. This role sits at the center of Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Field Teams, Marketing, and Support, ensuring the organization is fully ready to deliver new products to customers.
You’ll own launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational readiness, helping bring new technologies to market smoothly and at scale.
What You Will Do
Pay: $115,000 - $130,000 per annum

This role sits at the center of Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Field Teams, Marketing, and Support, ensuring the organization is fully ready to deliver new products to customers.
You’ll own launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational readiness, helping bring new technologies to market smoothly and at scale.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end launch plan for new products (Heat Pumps, EV chargers, heat pump water heaters, and other electrification technologies)
- Coordinate across Product, Ops, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Field teams
- Ensure operational readiness including training, SOPs, inventory, tooling, and support
- Run pilot programs and early deployments before full rollout
- Track launch progress, resolve blockers, and ensure products scale successfully
- Build and improve Jetson’s NPI launch playbook
- 5 years in program management, operations, or product operations
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills
- Experience launching complex products or operational initiatives
- Comfortable working with field operations and physical products
- Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient.
