What are the responsibilities and job description for the Children's Indoor Play Space Team Members position at Jetsetter Kids Club?
We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who have experience working with children, whether in education, childcare, or at an indoor play or learning center. This is not a seasonal position. While we offer flexible part-time hours, we expect a consistent commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and engage children during open play and classes
- Assist with or lead educational enrichment programs
- Support weekend birthday parties (at least one weekend shift availability required), with shared gratuity for all party staff
- Help create a fun, clean, and safe environment for children and families
- Collaborate with our team to develop new ideas and improve programming
Who You Are:
- Experienced working with children (required)
- Fit, healthy and able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Friendly, dependable, and proactive
- Creative and eager to think outside the box
- A team player who values communication and community
- Able to work some weekend shifts
- Must be over 21 years old
- Live within 10 miles of our location
- Must have your own car or a reliable source of transportation
- Must be tech-proficient and be comfortable with using the computer
- Added plus is knowledge of ChatGPT and social media (Instagram, Facebook Meta Business, TikTok)
