Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Promoter to be the face of our brand and engage with potential customers to increase awareness and drive sales. You will be responsible for delivering a compelling presentation of our products/services at events, stores, public places, or online campaigns.
As a Promoter, your goal is to attract and retain customer attention, provide accurate information, and create a positive brand experience that results in leads, sales, or customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
- Create a positive brand presence and enhance marketing efforts.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and answer questions.
- Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials.
- Set up and arrange promotional booths or display areas.
- Report feedback from customers and track performance.
- Work closely with the marketing or sales team to align campaign goals.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or promotional role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality and confident public speaker.
- Ability to understand customer behavior and adapt accordingly.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends or evenings if required.
- Physical stamina for standing long hours or carrying promotional materials (if applicable).
