Job Summary
As an Insider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, serving customers, and ensuring a clean and safe dining experience. You will utilize your culinary skills and knowledge of food safety to maintain high standards while contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
• Operate POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, for efficient order processing
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment for guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Skills

• Culinary experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
• Proficiency in Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
• Ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent sales support
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards
• Experience in cashiering and managing cash transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math applications
• Previous experience in the food industry, including restaurant or café settings
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
